La vid\u00e9o s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9e sur YouTube et a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019un bad buzz que n\u2019importe quelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et tout particuli\u00e8rement n\u2019importe quelle cha\u00eene de restauration souhaiteraient \u00e9viter. Si Internet peut se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler \u00eatre un formidable moyen de communication (on pense aux importantes \u00e9conomies publicitaires que fait Apple gr\u00e2ce aux milliers, millions de blogueurs lorsque ces derniers publient gratuitement les derni\u00e8res informations de la firme \u00e0 la pomme), il peut \u00e9galement devenir l\u2019exact oppos\u00e9, et c\u2019est ce qui est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 Domino\u2019s Pizza. Patrick Doyle, pr\u00e9sident US de Domino\u2019s a souhait\u00e9 r\u00e9pondre via YouTube afin de regagner la confiance des consommateurs. <\/p>\n

\u201cHello, I\u2019m Patrick Doyle, President of Domino\u2019s USA. Recently we discovered a video of two Domino\u2019s team members who thought that their acts would be a funny YouTube hoax. We sincerely apologize for this incident. We thank members of the online community who quickly alerted us and allowed us to take immediate action. Although the individuals in question claim it\u2019s a hoax, we\u2019re taking this incredibly seriously. <\/em><\/p>\n

This was an isolated incident in Conover, N.C. The two team members have been dismissed and there are felony warrants out for their arrest. The store has been shut down and sanitized from top to bottom. There is nothing more important or sacred to us than our customers\u2019 trust. <\/em><\/p>\n

We\u2019re re-examining all of our hiring practices to make sure that people like this don\u2019t make it into our stores. We have auditors across the country in our stores every day of the week making sure that our stores are as clean as they can possibly be and that we\u2019re delivering high quality food to our customers day-in and day-out. The independent owner of that store is reeling from the damage that this has caused. And it\u2019s not a surprise that this has caused a lot of damage to our brand. <\/em><\/p>\n

It sickens me that the actions of two individuals could impact our great system where 125,000 men and women work for local business owners around the U.S. and in more than 60 countries around the world. <\/em><\/p>\n
