Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, le r\u00e9seau enregistre un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net de 1.85 million de dollars contre de 3.38 millions de pertes en 2009.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moovie.fr\/wp-content\/image291.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moovie.fr\/wp-content\/image_thumb33.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"371\" height=\"257\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe a \u00e9galement d\u00e9pos\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s boursi\u00e8res am\u00e9ricaines, la Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) un projet d\u2019introduction en Bourse. \u201c<em>Le nombre d\u2019actions propos\u00e9es et la fourchette de prix de l\u2019introduction n\u2019ont pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9es<\/em>\u201d indique la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 mais un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessweek.com\/news\/2011-01-27\/linkedin-seeks-175-million-in-initial-share-sale.html\">prospectus<\/a> disponible sur le site de la SEC indique un montant th\u00e9orique de 175 millions de dollars.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cette lev\u00e9e de fonds (une premi\u00e8re pour un r\u00e9seau social en ligne) sera utilis\u00e9e \u201c<em>pour l\u2019acquisition d\u2019activit\u00e9s, technologies ou actifs compl\u00e9mentaires<\/em>\u201d pr\u00e9cise Reid Hoffman.
